Features an open floor plan that backs up to a tropical wildlife preserve where you can enjoy your morning coffee in your screened lanai. Large master bedroom (King bed) includes large closets and attached master bathroom. Den contains a Queen sized bed, while 3rd bedroom hosts bunk beds. Home includes amenities such as basic cable, internet, well equipped kitchen, and beach necessities including chairs, umbrella and beach wagon. There is one parking space available in the garage.
Beaches and downtown Venice area are a short 10-15 minute drive away. The new Atlanta Braves Spring Training Center, Cool Today Park is within walking distance. Grand Paradiso also has a resort style pool, fitness center, sauna, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts.
