Summary: We had a comfortable room in a unique setting with great potential. The area is close to nice shops and restaurants. Mario was a gracious host and his passion for restoration of the property was infectious. Once he completes the bar area it should be a warm gathering place. Sadly, a fair number of people in the neighborhood seem to be suffering from drug induced psychosis. Hopefully, they will receive the services they need in the near future. Overall, it was a memorable stay.
