Our Lake House is 20 feet from the waterfront with a great fire pit overlooking the water. The bunkhouse is perfect for kids with bunk beds and their own living room. 80 feet of brand new aluminum docking with patio on the end gives you plenty of room to hang near the water. Great place for large family and multiple family vacations. Oneida Lake has hosted the Bassmaster Classic twice with rave reviews from Pro's. Worm and bobber works well too. 4000lb rated aluminum boat hoist is available at an additional charge. Sylvan Beach is a 10 minute boat ride away with sandy bottom where you can anchor your boat offshore in 2-4 ft of water. VERY gradual beach. great for kids.
