Few minutes' drive, bus, or bike from all that's interesting in Austin. 3 miles from downtown and 2 to UT. Very walkable and bikeable neighborhood with lots to do. Master bedroom downstairs with king-sized "Marriott bed", double sinks and garden tub with separate shower. Three bedrooms upstairs - one with bunk beds (twin), one with queen bed, third with twin Tempur-Pedic mattress in large bedroom. Office, piano, open floor plan downstairs with 60-inch smart TV with Apple TV+ provided.

Can walk to numerous highly rated restaurants, pubs, Thinkery children's museum, ice cream, grocery stores, farmer's market (Sunday morning and Wednesday evening), two pools, basketball courts, parks, and Alamo Drafthouse movie theater.
