Municipal indoor pool <br>- Corps, Lake Sautet <br>- 35 minutes from the Notre Dame de la Salette Shrine - Ski resorts 20 to 45 minutes away by car<br>- Fiber-optic Wi-Fi in the accommodation for faster internet browsing and a smart TV.<br>Located halfway between all the must-see attractions, you’ll appreciate the peaceful atmosphere at Maissubert(formerly Le Mas Hubert)<br>Our old farmhouse, before being renovated into a simple and pleasant vacation rental in 2018, <br>was the first stone summer pasture building in the middle of the pastures, once home to shepherds and their sheep during the transhumance.<br> (dating back to around the 17th century)<br>The walls and chimney flue have been preserved.<br> You’ll discover a spacious home featuring two beautiful bedrooms with a lovely view of the mountains, at the foot of the Banc du Peyron (an old stone cairn).<br>A garage to park your car in the winter! <br>A beautiful living room/kitchen area with a balcony for lunch on the first sunny days. In the summer, you can fully enjoy the garden. A barbecue is available for outdoor use only, of course. Chairs and tables are provided. 2 umbrellas.<br>Please be aware that the sheep pens are right next door, so keep a close eye on your dogs.<br>Do not approach the sheep.<br>Our property is fenced with a wire mesh gate. <br>I’ll provide you with directions and other useful information for your arrival.<br>Wishing you a most pleasant stay.
