The house sits close enough to the ocean to see the waves, and sometimes see dolphins play while having your morning coffee.

Several people have reached out to us to make sure The Blue Moon and the beach are okay, because of the houses collapsing in Buxton. We are very thankful to report that the house and beach have not been affected at all, because Buxton is 20 miles south of the house. The Blue Moon and beach are in great shape.
