Perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends seeking a relaxing, upscale stay between matches. The home includes a spacious main house and a fully private-entry guest suite, comfortably hosting 6 guests (up to 8 with prior approval and additional fee).
While the garage is at street level, the house is accessible through a flight of stairs down behind the garage.
Main House:

Floor1:
The Main House has 3 floors. Guests enter through the entrance on the first floor that opens into a dining space (seats 8), a living area overlooking the backyard and the lake, and a staircase to the upper floors. The first floor also features a breakfast nook (seats 4), a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, espresso machine, blender, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, rice cooker) and a powder room (toilet with a bidet).
Step out onto the deck and take the spiral staircase down to the backyard and lakefront.
Note: Pantry is reserved for host use and not accessible to guests.
Floor2:

The second floor features an oversized master bedroom with a plush King size bed, a 50” LED 4K Smart TV tucked inside the closet, a workspace desk and chair, and an electric fireplace. The bedroom overlooks the backyard and the serene lake. You will also find a walk-in closet that opens from the master bedroom as well as from an adjoining oversized bathroom.
A bedroom with a queen size bed is also located on this second floor.
The second floor has a spacious spa-style bathroom with a soaking tub, dual standing showers, dual sinks, a toilet with a bidet, and an in-unit a stackable washer and dryer.

Great for entertainment or extra relaxation, with a 65" Smart TV, queen size sofa bed, mini fridge, and desk with a lake view. A full bathroom and exercise bike are also included. If using the sofa bed, you’ll find linens and a mattress topper in the coffee table storage.
