We live next door and are available at a minute’s notice should you need anything.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the apartment. No partying is allowed. While quiet hours are 10pm -7 am, throughout the day guests are expected to maintain reasonable noise level. We live next door and will be able to note violations to these policies. You may not bring any more than 4 guests total.
-Your Privacy:
There are no cameras or voice recorders in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with one noise level sensor that notifies us whenever the noise level exceeds 85 decibels. The device cannot record sound. This is set in place to prevent complaints against you by the neighbors.
-Parking:
To avoid getting towed, you should park on Washington Blvd. Street parking is free at all times and there is no time restriction. You may park in front of the apartment building between the hours of 7 am - 5PM on weekdays only.
