The location is ideal, just a minute off Hwy 39, yet without the road noise and still less than a quarter mile from Schumacher’s Crossing on the Guadalupe with ample parking and covered picnic tables.
The space is perfect for a weekend away from the city, yet complete with modern amenities such as WiFi, Dish cable, central heating + air, kitchenette w/ Keurig k-cup coffee maker, microwave, full size refrigerator w/ ice maker and a secured, private entrance. Enjoy cable tv in the living area and a new 50” Fire tv in the separate bedroom. Shopping, wineries and outdoor activities galore await you in the surrounding areas! Newly added firepit and propane grill are available to enjoy during the cooler evenings. The gated back yard is not a part of the rental unit and should be considered off limits.
