2 Bedroom House in Fulton, Minneapolis
Cozy bungalow a block from the 50th and France area of Edina! Restaurants, Coffee Shops , Movie Theater, Shopping, Grocery Stores , Lake Harriet and Parks within walking distance of my little home. 2 bedroom each with queen beds. Dark woodwork, Central AC, Hardwood floors and bright spaces. Fenced back yard patio and grill at your disposal. Washer / Dryer is also available. DirecTV, Wifi, DVD Blueray and Sonos for music streaming. Bring your playlists! 10-15 minute drive to Uptown area.
The entire home is yours alone. This is not one of those listings that says “Entire House” while the owner lurks in one of the bedrooms. The entire house and the privacy it affords is yours alone. I’m just a text away for any questions and Hector, the manager is also available should something unexpected happen. Everything is here for you and all the necessities are stocked. Relax and enjoy all the area has to offer. Check out the neighborhood restaurants and bars or pick up something to make in the kitchen. Satellite TV for binge watching or streaming, Fiber optic wifi and Sonos Speakers thru out. Bring your playlists
Whatever I have is yours to enjoy.....if you upgraded to the usage of the basement it also has a washer and dryer should you need it.
The only thing I ask is that you not use the fireplace. It’s a bit tricky. A iron and board are located in the East bedroom. The ironing board is to the left and the Iron is in the top left double doors. There is additional toilet paper in the hall cabinet as well as a hair dryer and curling iron in the bottom left drawers. The Air conditioner can be set up remotely by me or by the panel to the left of the bathroom. If you text me what settings you would like I’d be happy to adjust them for you....or if you do change the temperature please make sure that the fan icon is on Auto and not left in the “On” position or it would run constantly.
Please also make sure you pull the shower liner only into the tub to prevent flooding the floors. Anything else you can think of just text me

The Chicago Bus sign has a automatic switch to turn the light on around 5:30 and off again around 11:00pm. It was just easier than constantly fumbling with the switch. Frequently what I’ll do is just unscrew the LED bulbs. You may also hear a fan running in the basement during the day. This is for circulation and also shuts off automatically around 5 pm. It’s a old house built in 1923. I found the photo in the bathroom at the Hennepin County Historical Society. So far I’ve added new stucco, a new chimney, new windows and added a addition which contains the new Kitchen and Primary bedroom spaces.
Everything is just a blocks away.....shopping , Bistros , Independent Films, Bars , Groceries for preparing dinner at home. Help yourself to coffee by the drip machine in the kitchen . Red Cow has amazing burgers as does Edina Grill , Salut and the iconic Art Deco Convention Grill, just blocks North of the house. For Home prepped meals shop at Lunds/ Byerlys or visit Linden Hills Co-op on Sunnyside and 44th. I love the Korean Meatball hoagies at Hello Pizza as well . 44th France Liquors has what you’d expect as well as amazing homemade brats and sausages for the grill.....pre cooked and ready to brown up. A car is beneficial if you want to drive around Minneapolis....but everything you could need is easily attainable by foot. If you do bring a car you are free to park it out front on France Av but you may need to move it to Ewing Av for plowing restrictions.

When your stay has come to a end please leave all the sheets and towels where they are and my cleaning crew will retrieve them for laundry . Please remove all trash and recycling to the containers at the back of the house. Garbage and recycling pick ups are early Monday mornings.
