Imagine waking up and having breakfast lakefront and then getting in/on your sand toy and riding directly into the dunes from the driveway. Don't have a ORV? Rent a Utv or Quad from one of the 3 Rental company's and ride back to the house thru the dunes! Ride on the beach or the dunes from one end to the other. There are 3 entrance into the dunes from this neighborhood! One is only a minute ride from the driveway!
15 minute drive to Umpqua/Winchester bay, home of Banshee hill, Umpqua light house, the five fingers and the "drag" area.
Bandon dunes golf course is 30 miles away
Other local activities are golfing, clamming, fishing, jet skiing, boating, crabbing, swimming, hiking, gentleman's club, gambling/casinos and going to the many oceanfront views.
