Aqua Vacation Rentals White Sands is a beautiful newly renovated home that features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and just 2 blocks to Downtown Union Pier. As you enter the home the open floor plan and vaulted ceilings take your breath away. The kitchen has updated finishes with stainless steel appliances and large island for breakfast or having a cocktail while watching dinner being made. The living room has a large sectional large enough to watch a movie or hang out and chat. The dining room has seating for 8 guests and plenty of windows for lots of natural light. Venture down the hallway and you will find the laundry room, main bathroom and three spacious bedrooms. The first and second bedroom have queen beds and the primary suite has a king bed with ensuite bathroom (walk in shower). As you make your way upstairs you come upon a beautiful loft area with an oversized leather chair, day bed with twin trundle and a TV area for the kids with a gaming system. Beyond the loft is the fourth bedroom with 3 twin beds and plenty of space for the kids to hang out. Enjoy the fire pit and large yard or relax on the front porch in one of the rocking chairs. The beach is located just .3 of a mile from the house and there is a wagon, beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use located in the garage. This home is located right in the heart of Union Pier and is just a couple of blocks from Union Pier Market and a few blocks to Red Arrow Road House. Come and enjoy all this home and the area has to offer!
Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.
