Decking around half the house with a rebuilt, large viewing deck on the lakeside. Plenty of room inside and outside for all the family and their water toys or boat and trailer. The new deck is sturdy and sustainable with Trex deck boards. New dual pane windows for better views and reduced energy use. 1/2 acre fenced lot with a newly paved road. We're only about a 1/2 mile from Hot Springs Landing and very popular launching and camping area.
