Positive: Beautiful old farmhouse. Decorated very nicely. Renovations still being done, and can't wait to see when finished. Reasonable drive to and from Tipton, which is where the event we were attending was. Host very communicative and friendly. Felt very homey and could imagine myself living in house just like it.

Negative: Could not find corkscrew. Found a million knives, but no corkscrew to open wine. Also had to clean out coffeemaker as the needle part was clogged up and would not work.
