This small piece of paradise sits in one of the most sought-after subdivisions on one of the most sought-after lakes in the state. The water is deep and calm. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are in the main house, with a large living area and dining area, laundry and kitchen and two bedrooms and two baths downstairs, two bedrooms, one bath upstairs. The downstairs is fully accessible with no steps between drive, downstairs, and back deck. Over the heated and cooled game room/garage there is a large sleeping area with a full bath. Property sleeps 15 comfortably. The kitchen has new quartz counter tops and all new stainless appliances. The property went through an extensive re-model and update in 2020. New floors, interior paint, quartz counter tops, lighting, fans, appliances, crown molding and more! Outside there is a boat dock with fish cleaning station. Summary: House was exactly as it stated it was. Clean well stocked home! Boat dock was well maintain with lots of water vessels for the kids to play on! Game room in garage was well kept with basketball throw, shuffle board, foosball table and other items for all ages! Neighbors were quiet and respectful of us being there!
