Great cottage, within the village of Duck, access to the beach (300 ft.) and the sound. This pet free cottage has 4 bedrooms, (king, queen, double and twin bunks). Large deck to include a flying deck. Recently updated interior, full kitchen, cable, Wi-Fi, additional TV for gaming, laundry, covered parking (for 1), driveway and pad for additional parking, charcoal grill, elevator (for luggage etc., not for people). The community boardwalk makes beach access very convenient, this community also has access to the sound, for some great fishing, kayaking and stunning sunsets. Nearby Duck has some fine restaurants (like Red Sky...wow, great food and good beer!), many (many) shops including several that rent bikes and kayaks, and Kitty Hawk Kites does jet ski and parasailing activities.

Summary: This cottage was perfect for my family of 4. Walking distance to the beach was perfect and it was a short drive from the shopping. The owner answered all of our questions in a timely manner prior to our arrival. Great place to stay.
