One of the best features (there are too many to list!) is the beautiful yard and gardens featuring hydrangeas, old oaks, decks, a fire pit, a gazebo, lots of seating and gathering areas AND a private pool! Pool is 288 sq ft (12 x 24). The outdoor space of this beautiful home is a true oasis and is truly amazing!
Another awesome feature of this home is that it is pet-friendly; something we know many of our Mermaid guests will appreciate! Here’s a few of the numerous details that make this home a true gem! Master King Suite on top floor with walk in shower and separate Jacuzzi plus its own private porch. Also located on the top floor is the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with private full bath (tub/shower combo), Bedroom #3 has a full bed and a twin bed with a full bath (tub/shower combo) and Bedroom #4 has a king bed with a shared bath.
Middle Level features a living area with 70-inch flat screen TV, dining area, kitchen and a porch off of the living area. Also a rear deck off of the kitchen/dining area features a table with seating for 4. There is also a front porch with seating for 2. The 5th and 6th bedrooms are also located on this level with the 5th bedroom featuring a queen bed with a shared full bath (tub/shower combo). 6th bedroom features a queen bed with a private full bath (tub/shower combo).
At the ground level, you will access the garden, private pool (NOTE: POOL IS HEATED) with seating for 10 or more plus a covered gazebo, fire pit, charcoal grill. There is a bath house at the pool area that includes a shower and full bath so guests do not have to access main house for bath accommodations. The main garden features multiple seating areas and umbrellas.
