A great location in all of Copper Mountain for Skiing and summer events.This condo unit has a great view of the lake and the mountain from the sun room, the sound of the stream and a few blocks walk from the American Eagle (center village) lift. Condo used by owner/family for two years on weekends. Rental last three years. At over 900 sq ft, this is one of the largest one bedroom condos in Copper and is larger than most 2 bedroom units. As you walk into the great room with its huge views thru the sun room, kick back on the large chairs and watch all the activities going on, all with the backdrop of the Mountains. The spacious full kitchen is loaded with appliances and amenities to prepare any size meal or a quick breakfast. There is seating for six at the table. There are two large TV’s one in the great room and one in the bedroom. There are two queen bed’s in the large bedroom and a queen fold out couch with new memory foam mattress in the living room. A desk with printer provided for anyone who might have a little work to do on the stay. There is cable TV including Showtime, Blue Ray player equipped with streaming movie channels in the great room. There is Wi-Fi provided in the entire condo complex. There is a ski locker on the first floor for overnight ski storage. Common facilities on the first floor include workout room, hot tub and sauna room with shower. The upper floor has washer/dryer and ice for guests. In the basement there is permit parking for one vehicle. With elevator to condo on second floor. We are expecting another great ski year(2021/2022) at copper mountain. Our base elevation is 9700 feet and top elevation 12,300 feet and this provides us some of the best snow in the rockies. Copper is the training area for the US Ski team in November and is the location of the first super pipe opening each season and the woodward program for excellent snow boarding. 2021 will have the Dew Tour event in early february. Copper Mountain is spending millions this year on upgrading and adding new restaurants in center village. There are eight restaurants within walking distance of the condo and a starbucks. There are two new lifts in Center Village(2020); American Eagle(Chondola)- 6 man and American Flyer(Bubble covered 6 man chairs). New KoKomo lift in West village 2018 season. For expert Skiing, A new Tucker mountain lift is in Service since 2020 season. Summer lift service from Center village 2021 season. Key items for this unit: Keys available at unit door for checkin on arrival at 4 PM check-in. FREE Wi-Fi Room for up to six persons. Kitchen has many small appliances; coffee maker, crock pot, microwave and many other items for those who like to cook and bake. This is a non smoking and no pet unit. Free bus services within one block of condo to Frisco every hour. Transfers to Breckenridge, Dillon and Keystone as well. Have a party, dinner and shopping night out with free/safe transport. Also free courtesy shuttle service on copper property to all areas. Local owner within one hour of copper mountain. This unit is permitted by Summit County for short term Rentals registration BCA-81507. The unit is permitted for 6 occupants and permit for one vehicle for underground parking.
