Crabbing, snorkeling, walk for yards in knee high water right off our shore! Entire home remodel in 2022 with no area untouched. Modern kitchen with commercial gas range with plenty of seating and room to spread out. Functional three level living with super spacious rooms for everyone to have private space or come together for family game time at the foosball and shuffleboard tables. Five covered decks to enjoy outdoor living all year round. Quiet neighborhood with sound access and small boat ramp for launching small boats and PWC right down the street. Just a short ten minute drive to the Wright Memorial Bridge and Outer Banks beaches. Free parking at the Kitty Hawk Atlantic Ocean beach access at Byrd Street, 13 miles south of our home. Less than five minute drive to four area golf courses (The Pointe Golf Club, Kilmarlic Golf Course, Holly Ridge, and The Carolina Club) and the H2OBX Waterpark. A few minute drive to area wedding venues, Sanctuary Vineyards, Loblolly Estate Event Venue, The Pointe and Currituck Rural Center. Larger boat ramp located at Currituck Sound Park, 8955 Caratoke Highway Point Harbor, North Carolina 27964, 7.5 miles south of our home.
House layout: First Level--One king bedroom with full bath, rec room with foosball table, pull out queen size sofa, and soundfront deck access. Second Level--Kitchen, great room with shuffleboard table, fireplace and covered deck access, powder room. Third Level--Soundfront master with king bed and ensuite bath, private access to soundfront covered deck. A second king bedroom and third queen bedroom plus twin bunk beds (three beds in this room), shared hall bath, laundry room and private east facing covered deck on this level also.
Bring your boat, jetskis; contact us for more information and details. Propane gas grill provided with one bottle of propane per stay. Two kayaks with life jackets provided for use at your own risk.
We provide sheet and towel service (one towel set per guest) EXCLUDING beach towels. All bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds in the bedrooms will be made with sheets, pillowcases and quilts upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms. There are extra blankets that are provided in the closets. There is also a full-size laundry room for your use on the third floor; we do not provide laundry detergent or cleaning supplies.
