This amazing, newly remodeled lake home will not disappoint! Settled on Diamond View Bay of Diamond Lake, you'll enjoy 75 feet of sandy waterfront on the quiet bay to enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing! Our backyard beach and pier are only steps away from our back door! Bring your boat and have fun waterskiing, tubing or just cruising around the beautiful 1,078 acre all-sports Diamond Lake.
This lake house is a family-friendly home with enough space for multiple families to stay comfortably. The home was completely remodeled in 2015 with multiple additions, including the four-season sunroom. Fresh paint and flooring throughout the house as well as new kitchen and appliances, washer/dryer, and additional master suite, and updated outdoor space. Other amenities include a fireplace, high-speed internet and WiFi, Smart TV, and public water. Located in the cul-de-sac of a lightly traveled road, plan to bring your bikes for a nice evening ride or play a friendly game of basketball on the adjustable hoop in the large driveway*.
This home can be enjoyed year-round! Kayaks, paddleboard, pedal boat, and water bouncer all available for use! Whether you prefer the beach and the sun or ice fishing and hockey, this home is wonderful at all times throughout the year. The colors are beautiful in the fall, especially when you're taking them in next to the fireplace in the four-season sunroom. Just a short jaunt to the campus of Notre Dame, this home is perfect for visiting the University for activities on campus. Located near Swiss Valley Ski Resort and Dr. Lawless park which offer fun winter activities such as downhill and cross-country skiing, tubing, hiking, and snowboarding. Take a day trip to Chicago, Grand Rapids, or enjoy the fantastic wine country of Southwest Michigan. Within a 20 mile radius, there are countless breweries, wineries, great restaurants, and shopping!
During the summer months, rentals are weekly, so all rentals will run Friday - Friday. Check-in at 4:00 pm. Check-out at 10:00 am.
Off-season (fall/winter/spring) months allow for extended weekend rentals.
