This newly remodeled 1 bedroom apartment in a detached garage is perfect for a couple, small family or just you looking for a relaxing visit to the beautiful Wenatchee Valley! Being in its own structure separate from the main house and having a cozy, rustic feel you will be at home the moment you arrive.
From a full kitchen, washer/dryer combo and bathroom to the living area with a couch, electric fireplace and Roku tv it is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Not to mention the second Roku tv in the bedroom.
Behind the unit features a hot tub and 4 person table with a partial fence for a bit of privacy; as well as a yard to enjoy any games you'd like to bring. Out front there is a small seating area to enjoy your morning cup of coffee/evening glass of wine and enough free parking to fit your car and boat, four wheelers, or whatever other recreational vehicle your fun-filled vacation requires!
After all that I haven't even gotten to the BEST part! The location couldn't be better for whatever kind of trip you are looking for! It is only a few minutes from the airport making arrival for the longer-distance travelers quick and easy. If you are traveling in the summer it is only 10 minutes from the nearest park/boat launch, within 15 minutes of 4 different golf courses, 45 minutes to The Gorge Amphitheater and 40 minutes to Leavenworth. For all my fellow snow birds out there it is only 30 minutes from Mission Ridge. To top it off it is a 5 minute drive to downtown East Wenatchee where you will find everything you need to fulfill your shopping and eating out desires.
