The main level has an open kitchen and dining area with wood floors throughout & log beams overhead. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove and a full-sized refrigerator. Just off the kitchen is a full bath with a washer/dryer. The living room has vaulted ceilings with a futon sleeper and a flat-screen TV.
The screened-in porch has a picnic table and patio furniture, that allows for bug-free outdoor enjoyment, while surrounded by beautiful woods and a view of the lake to watch a fabulous sunset. On the upper level, you`ll find two cozy bedrooms. With the combination of logs and rough-sawn cedar, they will return you to times gone by.
Your private dock is located just across the road. Namakagon is known for its great fishing including one of the best Muskie lakes in the area. Taverns and restaurants are accessible by both boat and car. Loon Saloon convenience store is minutes away for any forgotten items, and gas for your boats, ATVs, and snowmobiles. ATV and snowmobile trail access right from your door. Just up the road is a portion of the famous North Country Trail for great hiking or snowshoeing.
Namakagon is a small lake community located in the Chequamegon National Forest. Miles of trails for all sorts of recreation, hiking, biking, ATV riding, and snowmobiling.
Cable is about a half-hour west with the world-class Birkibebeiner cross-country ski trails. About an hour north is Bayfield and the Apostle Islands for a fun day trip to Lake Superior! PLEASE NOTE Rate based on 4 people, this includes Adults and Children.
