This condo is in a building with three others. Rent one or more depending on the size of your group! You will be across the street from the public park and beach so there are plenty of activities for the whole family! Walk downtown for dinner and drinks or home after an evening at the Boathouse venue. You're close to it all!
The entire condo is yours to use. There are three additional units, so you may cross paths with other short-term rental guests.
Entering the house requires using steps. There are seven steps up the main floor and seven steps down to the bedrooms. There is a child gate in each unit. The Mainfloor is a large, open area great for the group with a the kitchen, dining room, living room and half bath. There is a small deck to enjoy the views and a cup of coffee, but not suitable for the whole group to eat outside. The property neighbors the best Pizza place in town, BC Pizza, so take out is super easy as you're heading to the park!
Bedrooms are on the small size, but suitable for a queen bed, and two night stands in each. There is one en-suite and the two other bedrooms share a full bath (with tub). Laundry is downstairs as well, so feel free to use it. All furnishings in the home are brand new and we work hard to keep everything in excellent condition. We appreciate your help in this quest!
There are parking spots for two vehicles per unit. Additional parking across the street if needed. Inquire for more information. Biking and walking are options as well. The area is safe and there are plenty of sidewalks. Carports are available as well, but there is not a garage.
