The Nellie Home herself was constructed in 1910 and maintains many of the historical character of a house that is over 110 years old. Hardwood flooring throughout. Super high 14 foot ceilings. Beautifully decorated and ready to accommodate a family or friends weekend out. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with closets and television in one of the bedrooms. Darkening shades are installed on the windows. There is a 3rd area downstairs that could be used as a quiet space. It is not temp controlled but for the most part doesn't need to be. Many potential uses for this room. It remains cool in the summer and warm in winter and is equipped with a twin size day bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances. There is a large deck on the rear of the home with a gas grill for your enjoyment and a natural area outside with a fire pit. Wi-Fi and streaming TV is included.
