Just a few hundred feet from the beach you can hear the waves and smell the salt air as soon as you get out of your car! Positioned on a small side street in Kill Devil Hills, you will be away from the hustle of the main roads, but only steps away from the sand and sea. "The Hammock Cottage" also offers a parking pass for Avalon beach access parking (with a $100 cash deposit), a private lot next to the Avalon fishing pier that is permit parking only and offers a life guarded beach. This pass also gives access to the sound side boat launch and picnic area. Whether its relaxation, playing on the beach or sightseeing you seek, your family will have a great stay in this 3 bedroom retreat and enjoy the great view and sounds of the beach!
