You'll have easy access to the airport, RTP, UNC and Duke Universities and the interstate. Venues such as Red Hat and PNC Arena are a quick car ride away. You'll be in the heart of it all, with everything at your fingertips but are nestled into a home with plenty of yard space. Newly added putting green.
You'll have access to street parking, private driveway, the entire home and yard. Shed is there but is occupied with owners things.

This is a dog friendly home. All housebroken, friendly dogs are welcome but I must be notified if you are bringing a dog. Please clean up after your dog, don't let them dig up the grass/plants. Dogs are not to be left unattended if they tend to tear up stuff or are not good out of a crate.
