Sunnyside Duplex is located in the heart of Matunuck right on the beach surrounded by local businesses. It is the perfect location for big groups looking to experience all that Matunuck has to offer.
The duplex is spit into east and west sides. The units are identical, each with living room, kitchen, bathroom, a bunk bed room on the main level and two queen rooms upstairs.
The house has a large deck overlooking the beach and a second covered porch with seating on the street side.
Please note that we ask our guests to provide their own linens - this includes sheets, quilts and towels.
If you require linens we are happy to provide them at an additional fee.

LINENS
Guests staying at the cottages are asked to provide their own linens, including:

Bedding - sheets & blankets (the house has two full sized beds)
PAPER PRODUCTS & MORE
Guests are asked to provide their own paper & plastic products. While we are happy to provide a starter pack (1 or 2 of each item) we do not supply enough for the full stay.

CLEANING PRODUCTS
We reserve our cleaning supplies to ensure that cottages are fully cleaned and completely sanitized between check outs and check ins. We ask our guests to please bring their own cleaning supplies (soaps/sanitizers) should they require them during their stay.
PARKING
We supply off street parking spaces for an additional fee, here are the details :
$10 per car per day or $70 for a full week
Maximum number of two passes can be purchased for your stay.
Please note that any additional vehicles would be your responsibility. Street parking is available however can be limited, especially during the summer.
THE PUB & THE BEACH
Our neighbor The Pub has great food, wonderful drinks and a friendly staff. We have a great relationship with them and we need your help to keep it that way! Please keep in mind that while The Pub is our neighbor the staff cannot answer questions regarding the cottages, therefore please call Point Break Cottages directly regarding your check-in and your stay.
The beach in front of the cottages is not a private beach. There are other homes on the beach who utilize it besides our cottages.
