Peaceful Southwest territorial style colorful home, located centrally in Phoenix Valley, in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Two minutes walk to South Mountain trailhead. Pet friendly with the park across the street. Hike, bike, shop, dine, golf, entertainment nearby. Easy access everywhere. Downtown Tempe, PHX airport, Chandler are 15 minutes away. Downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale are 20 minutes away. NOTE: this home suits better a maximum of 4 adults or one family with kids.
This was our beloved home until recently. It has been updated throughout. We wanted living in it to feel like a vacation
Split floor plan with main bedroom and bath on one side, two bedrooms on the other side with the main living space/kitchen in center of the house.

POOL - is not heated, expect late spring to early fall to be perfect, outside of this it is too cold to swim. MUST follow safety guidelines, please read details
Main bedroom - approx 400 sqft, sliding door gives into patio/pool, king size bed medium firm mattress, blackout curtains, additional independent split AC that serves this room (added for extra comfort).
Main bathroom - dual vanity and tub/shower
Two guest bedrooms - one with queen medium firm foam/coil mattress, one with queen medium soft foam/gel mattress; one bedroom has a smart TV; both have blackout curtains but one has an additional total blackout shade if no light at all is desired.
Guests bathroom - single vanity with walk in shower
Main living space - smart TV , accommodates comfortably 4 adults, fireplace is NOT working (trying to help with pollution reduction in winter)
Kitchen - is medium sized and has all you need to cook (we do not stock it with food though), it has sufficient counter space but not enough to cook huge, elaborate meals.
Backyard - covered patio and pergola with outdoor furniture, multiple seating and sun bathing options, basic 4 burner propane grill
