All amenities: cookware, silverware, coffee pot & coffee, etc. A unique, old school floor plan w/ historic brick on the inside walls. Also, a dedicated office w/ chair & table available. It’s central location allows for quick access to downtown or the hospital. Everything's brand new inside! The oak trees here are to die for.
The check-in instructions are very helpful! CALL ME if you can't get in!
- No AC below 70 or unit will freeze up!
- If you see anything broken, send a picture ASAP!
- Pick up after pets! No pets on furniture! A minimum $250 fee will be charged if pet feces/damages are caused by your pet!
