Our home is a comfortable bungalow nestled in a quiet neighborhood. It has easy access to all that SLC and the surrounding areas have to offer. We offer a tranquil retreat to gather with family and friends for an amazing getaway. It is located 19ish miles from Alta, Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbird, so bring your powder thirst and appetite for adventure. Five additional mountain resorts are within an hour or less, with easy highway access.
An open floor plan with a custom designed kitchen provides a relaxing and entertaining environment for everyone to enjoy. We provide you with lots of amenities to create an enjoyable and memorable experience. The upstairs living room offers a 65” TV and comfortable seating for an evening watching your favorite movie or show. While the downstairs has a 55” TV, a large sectional, and a ping pong table for your entertainment. The secluded backyard offers guests privacy along with a 500 sq. ft. flagstone patio, a fire pit, and propane grill to fuel up and unwind from the day's activities.
You will have access to all rooms and the garage, except for the locked Cleaner's Closet in the basement and the locked crawl space (access is in the Queen Room). There is only ducting in this space and we have included a picture. The garage is small and is only used for storage, but the two-car carport keeps vehicles covered from the elements. There is room for 4 vehicles in the driveway. In the winter it is best to park in the driveway so the street may be easily plowed.
