This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and an enclosed upstairs loft that can be used as a library, study, or a 4th bedroom.
House features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living area and the master bedroom and a stunning fireplace. You will enjoy glamorous wood floors throughout, fully updated bathrooms and a large kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a large sitting area, stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker , a toaster, more. We also have several spices , salt and pepper, tea and coffee in our pantry for you to use. The master bedroom is really large and perfect for relaxing with en-suite bathroom and large windows overlooking backyard. All bedroom including the upstairs bedroom have queen size beds for sleeping. The upstairs enclosed loft is quite unique and can be used as a library or 4th bedroom. It has a skylight, queen size sleeping arrangement, desk and plenty of books to enjoy. It is accessible via a spiral staircase so whoever stays there must be able to climb stairs.
The living area is really spacious with a nice sofa , two fabulous chaise lounge chairs, sunlight, modern ceiling fan and a big, 60' flat screen TV, Roku 4 streaming player and a large library of DVDs. High speed internet is available throughout the house.
Both bathrooms have his and hers vanities and a shower/tub combination. We also provided LG washer and dryer for your convenience.
There is an outdoor shaded patio with 2 lounges, Adirondack type chairs and a grill. The backyard is very private and perfect for relaxing and reading a book.
We are sure that you will enjoy the house but better yet.... you will love the surroundings. The house is located across from a large park with almost everything you could only imagine. There is a pool, a fun playground, tennis court, volleyball court , endless shaded walking/jogging trails, a well marked frisbee golf course, recreation center, library down the street and much more. The use of the recreation center, tennis,basketball court and pool requires a pass that you can obtain in the neighborhood office. For current rates please check Wells Branch MUD web site. There are frequent , free events in the park like watching movies on a huge screen. This neighborhood has so much to offer. It is kind of secluded and quiet and yet so close to shopping and great restaurants. The Round Rock Outlets are just 10 minutes away and the Domain is very close. There is an easy access to major highways including I-35, Mopac, and toll road 45. If you don't have to be on the roads in the rush hours , the downtown is only 20 minutes away.
