Level 1: The lower level offers a bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with a pyramid bunk and trundle allowing for four to sleep, and a third bedroom/common room with a sleeper sofa. Additionally, this floor has one bathroom and a washer and dryer for use during your stay.
Level 2: On the top level you are greeted with a spacious living/dining area a kitchen equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and a bar where the kids can hang out while dinner is being prepared. In addition, on this floor, you will find a half bath, master bedroom/master bath suite with a king bed.
In addition to all of this, you can also take advantage of all that Monteray Shores has to offer including community pools, clubhouse with WIFI, gym, children's activities in season, bike and walking trails, playground, tennis, 3 basketball courts, AND TWO community Piers for fishing and crabbing! Monteray Shores is the only community on the North Beaches that offers a boat launch for small crafts (kayak, sailboat, jet ski)!
