Features include: fully equiped gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances including two full size refridgerators, central heat and air, wireless internet, 9 indoor TV’s, covered decks, elevator to all floors, large private pool (option to heat pool with added charge) with outdoor tiki bar (with TV) and living space, and access to the Isles Beach front Pool Club.
The ground floor has a large 15’x35′ pool, tiki bar, and outdoor living room with large TV. There is also a gas grill and plenty of space to relax by the pool and bar.
Upstairs on the second floor you will find a full size den, half bath with laundry, and 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom on this floor has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and tile shower. This room also has access to the back deck overlooking Jinks Creek. Two bedrooms on the street side have King beds and ensuite bathrooms as well as access to a streetside deck. The fourth bedroom has a single/double bunk set.
The third floor has the gourmet kitchen with two refridgerators, large living room with huge sectional sofa, half bathroom and two streetside bedrooms.
