It offers all the amenities of home and is located only minutes from downtown West Branch and the Tanger outlets at exit 212 off I-75. Enjoy a beautiful view from the sunroom and days of relaxation on the paddle boat, row boat, 5 kayaks, or just lounge in the sun on the large sandy swim-in beach. Life jackets are provided in a variety of sizes that will accommodate adults and children of all ages. Fish off the dock or take a dip off the swim platform. Full laundry room and fully equipped kitchen offer all the comforts of home. A volleyball net, badminton set, fire pit, and barbeque are also included. A lit up walkway at night leads from the sunroom to the beach. The public boat launch is only minutes away. A large fenced in yard helps keep your children from wandering. All linens and towels are provided along with extra blankets.
