Boating/Paddleboard/Kayak options:
1. 2021 Tritoon Boat available to rent and delivered at our dock for your convenience.
2. Paddleboards and kayak rentals also available delivered to the driveway.
3. Rent from one of the many marinas on the lake.
4. Bring your own- We are in a no wake zone!
Boat Launch: Young Deer Creek Park, Tidwell Park, or Charleston Park. Charleston Park is also awesome for mountain biking, hiking, and a lakeside picnic!
Boat Fuel: Habersham Marina, Bald Ridge Marina, Holiday Marina, Port Royal. Required for boat rental! Please check hours of operation has most of the fueling docks close by 5 PM.

We are taking extra cleaning measures with a professional cleaning/sanitizing service. Guest must confirm no illnesses (nausea, vomiting, fever, chills, aches, headaches, muscle soreness, loss of taste) for 14 days prior to check-in. Our cleaning company uses only CDC approved non-toxic environmentally friendly products that are healthier for people.
No pets of any type albeit a bunny, guinea pig, hypoallergenic non shedding golden doodle, etc....we love animals, just not inside or on our property!
White towels and Luxury Jennifer Adams white sheets are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Basic paper products provided. Fully stocked kitchen. Keurig and Mr. Coffee!
A large screened porch (guests favorite spot) with a swing and 2 dining areas sits off of the great room and overlooks the lake.
The lower level daylight basement with a ping pong table leads to an open porch with a panoramic view overlooking the flat grassy short walk to the water and the double dock.
ABSOLUTELY NO JUMPING OFF OF THE TOP DECK of the DOCK for safety reasons! There is one slip that will accommodate up to a 26' boat with no more than an 8.6” foot beam. Please bring your own lifejackets. No trailer, camper, or RV parking permitted. Trailer parking available for $25/day at a local boat storage facility.
