Relax and unwind with a warm cup of coffee by the tranquil lake, taking in the serene sounds and picturesque views of the nearby dam. Indulge in all the lake has to offer on your very own private lakefront, including fishing, swimming, and bouncing on a water trampoline! The cozy living room and kitchen provide a perfect space to create new memories with loved ones. If you need some alone time, the house offers many places to reflect and have peaceful moments for yourself. After a fun-filled day of swimming, hiking, and exploring, gather around the fire pit, roast marshmallows, and share stories of the day's adventures. This cabin caters to everyone and is an exceptional way to experience the lake's beauty as it once was. ⛰️Based on North Carolina Commission Laws, we are required to send you a rental agreement after booking with us.
Must be 25 years or older to rent.
Lake Lure is dropped approximately 10-15 feet from 1/1-3/31 each year.

🌲The Space:
There are three bedrooms in total.
1. Main Bedroom-2 Twin Beds
2. Lower level room- 2 Twin Beds
3. Lower level 2nd room- 3 Twin Beds
🌲Kitchen:
Large fridge, Electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and ice maker. The dining room table seats up to 6. Fully stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, strainers, plates, bowls, glasses, and pretty much anything you would need to make a full meal to enjoy!
🌲Bathrooms:
Main Floor Bath — Shower/Tub.
Lower Level Bath— Shower/Tub
🌲Cleaning:
Washer and dryer, fully stocked paper towels, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board, broom, and general cleaning supplies.
🌲Entertainment:
Smart TV in the living room allows you to stream your personal streaming services. Board games are supplied for your enjoyment.
🌲Outside:
The deck focus is the view, fun, and relaxation! The lake offers swimming sunbathing and boat rentals are close by!
🌲Fires: The fireplace is wood burning but is not usable for guests. A fire pit and seating is offered just outside of the house. Wood is not provided but can be purchased at the nearby Grocery store.
🌲Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire property other than a few storage areas. The rest of the property, inside and outside, is yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
Quiet hours are 9pm-9am. While it may feel like you are alone in the woods, there are neighbors nearby. Loud noise and music on the deck and by the stream are not tolerated.
🐶We love animals and welcome all good boys and girls! No more than 2 woofers per stay.
🐶We allow you to bring up to two pets. A $25 per pet, per night fee will be requested after your booking is confirmed. Please note that taxes and service fees would be in addition.

If you plan on using the house to have a party, sneak in extra guests, bring animals unannounced, or do other things that disregard the house rules, please read below:
No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. You will immediately lose your security deposit, be charged an additional $500, and must leave if this happens.
Examples:
Booking a stay with 8 people and inviting over 10 additional people for a BBQ.
Booking a stay with 6 people but using the house to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc.
Our house rates are based on 6 guests and we can accommodate up to 10 for additional fees. Please be honest and accurate about how many guests stay when you book. The 7th through 10th guests are $25 extra per guest per night. Undisclosed guests will be charged at a rate of $100 per night. Any guests over 8 guests will be charged $250 per night.
