Summary: The general atmosphere was charming, bright, open, beautiful plant foliage in reservation area. Elevator not working, only available rooms on 2nd & 3rd flrs, skimped on soap/towels (obviously worn towels), mini fridge was unclean & freezer compartment wa frozen solid, needed maintenance to service bathroom/bedside lighting & some small roaches were detected in bathroom & beneath mini fridge.
