Large 3/2 farmhouse located conveniently 8 miles from Tomball, 6 miles from Cypress, near FM 2920 and the Grand Parkway via Cypress Rosehill. Close to it all but situated on acreage. We are 18 miles (about 25 min) from Texas Ren Fest! This year is the 50th year! Weekends 10/12 - 12/1/24
Near the Woodlands, Exxon Mobile HQ, multiple wedding venues (The Grand Rose, Ashlynn Manor, etc) , Premier Baseball (2 mi) for tournaments,, DST training and Little League fields. We are less than 1 mile from the new Beckendorf Educational Complex and TISD Stadium. We are near the Arbor Gate for garden shopping, 5 miles from Cypress Premium Outlets, and near Tomball’s German Fest, Holiday Parades & Activities, Main Street for Shopping

The Rosehill Historic Farmhouse is a home that was built in the early 1900's and remodeled with modern convinces while trying to stay true to historical features. We are located in a quiet, safe and established neighborhood. You have the entire home during your stay. Situated on high ground, we do not have flooding. This beautiful and spacious home easily sleeps 1-6 people.
The home is one story with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry/MUD room, and so much more!
We clean and sanitize per protocols-including aerosol disinfecting of all hard surfaces and items in the home and yard. Additionally, you can be confident that these items are changed and cleaned before guests arrive: towels, sheets, comforters, shams, pillow case covers, and mattress covers.

We are located on acreage. The farmhouse was once the original home to a 300+ acre working farm. The yard also features an outdoor patio table, screened in front porch has a loveseat and lounge chairs. and seating,, BBQ pit available upon request, great breeze and tranquility.
Nightly rental includes private rental of the retreat includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths for up to 5 adult (15 and up) guests and 1 guest under 15.
All bedrooms are located on the same floor. The home is one story- with stairs to enter the front door to porch or side door entrance to MUD/ Laundry Room.

LOCATION
Quiet street, near FM2920/ Cypress Rosehill. Tomball, TX - west of I-45 and east of 249 / Tomball Pkwy. We are 30 minutes north of downtown Houston, and are close to The Woodlands (25 minutes), ExxonMobil Campus (15 minutes), Hewlett Packard (9 minutes), parks, playgrounds, golf courses, movie theaters, walking and biking trails, horseback riding, gyms, restaurants, grocery stores (Whole Foods, HEB, Kroger, Randalls, and Sprouts), ice cream and yogurt shops, water parks, shopping, and more. George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is 30 minutes away. Galveston beach is a quick 1.5 hour drive away (fun day trip!).

The property is secured with a home security system alarm, which includes security cameras for all outdoor areas and an external Ring Doorbell.
ANIMALS
Pets are not allowed. In certain situations, we may allow a pet with a non refundable pet deposit in place and this arrangement MUST be pre discussed. We can not accommodate cats due to severe allergy.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private use of the entire home (3BR) and yard.
NOTE
