The bedrooms are designed to be more California coastal luxury with top of the line bedding, sheets, pillows, and comforters. The bedrooms are a private sanctuary and contrast with the modern public areas of the home. There is a very unique 3 story closet attached to the first floor master bedroom. The bathrooms are fully stocked with luxe towels and Aveda products. The carport has outdoor speakers and room for 6 cars in the driveway, there is a 40 amp Tesla charger in the carport. The backyard is super chill and has outdoor furniture, artificial turf, charcoal grill and a fire pit.
The neighborhood is known as one of the most coveted walkable neighborhoods in the city. We are located 2 blocks from Rice Village and Rice University. There are over 50 restaurants and retail stores just 2 blocks from our home. It’s a tree lined street with nice families on our block. We are also a 3 minute drive to MD Anderson and the Tx Medical Center.
