Located high above Sky Valley at an elevation of 3600 feet, this beautifully renovated home features 2 master suites. The main level living area is open and flows from the kitchen into a dining area that easily seats 8(4 can be accommodated at the breakfast bar as well). A massive rock fireplace and 50" television finish the room. Dual french doors provide access to a large deck with fantastic views. Mirror image bedrooms suites with king beds flank the living area and include large walk-in showers and high end dual vanities. Each bedroom also can be accessed through large sliding doors that open to the deck and overlook the mountains.
The downstairs living area is also updated with new wood-look tile floors and features another large fireplace w/TV, sectional sofa, and custom bar area. The 3rd bedroom/bath is located just to side of the bar area and contains a queen bed and a daybed to accommodate and additional guest.
There is ample parking in additional to a 2 car carport and 1 car garage. Other amenities include access to the pool, tennis, and exercise room at the Sky Valley club. Golf is semi-private and available to all guests.
This property is centrally located between Highlands(10 miles) and Clayton(14 miles). The area is filled with great hikes and waterfalls.
