INSIDE:
The main floor features an amazing kitchen with chef-grade stainless appliances and miles of granite counters all opening to a sunny dining area with a wet bar and wine fridge. Step through the pocket doors to the living area designed for comfortable lounging and cozy up in the attached wood-paneled study complete with a queen sleeper for additional guests.
Travel upstairs via the amazing original staircase to the second floor. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an additional daybed, crystal wall sconces, and an ensuite bath with a tiled shower. A second king bedroom with an ensuite full bath can be found just around the corner. Across the hall, there is a 3rd bedroom with a queen and twin bed and ensuite bath. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the additional bunk room with a twin over twin bunk and a full over full bunk. This bedroom also has an ensuite bath with a tub/shower. All bedrooms are also equipped with flat screen TVs.
Pool players will enjoy the main floor game room with a full-size pool table, wood-paneled walls, and a copper tin ceiling. A laundry room and additional bath are located on this floor as well.
OUTSIDE
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the spacious front porch and take advantage of the stainless gas grill for evening meals.

Parking is in the back. Guests may park in the spaces marked with an F: Guests can park in spots F1,F2,F3,F4.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

Located less than a mile from the Grand Haven State Park and City Beach on Lake Michigan, you will be just steps to restaurants, bars, boutiques, ice cream, the Musical Fountain nightly show, big band dancing by the riverfront, museums, splash pad, and playground not to mention the endless downtown amenities.
The seasonal Harbor Transit Trolley stops just across the parking area, taking you around town, to the beach, boardwalk, pier, ski hill, marina with sport fishing for hire, library, and a myriad of seasonal festivals.
