This 2 bed 2 bath cottage is located on a flat lot just 300 feet from the Linville River. We have lovingly furnished the home with comfortable memory foam mattresses in every room, including a foam mattress on the sleeper sofa.
Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the large front porch looking over the quiet neighborhood, while rocking on the glider. In the warmer months, the front porch makes an amazing spot to eat dinner with the family as well. Of course, if you'd like to eat out there's plenty of options for that as well.
Some of our favorite attractions are listed on the chalkboard wall, and we encourage guests to leave recommendations of places they went as well!
