Summary: Overall the customer service and staff was very good. Super nice and very accommodating. The toilets were loose in our rooms, the faucets in the bathtubs were super loose. The windows needed caulked (it looked like just foam but no caulk). The floors in our rooms were filthy. Definitely need swept/mopped/steam mopped. The breakfast was the typical Continental breakfast.
