Renovated, classic cottage. Perfect layout for groups/families (and enough space to be alone). On the quiet end of Ann St, a short block to the water or Mill Whistle Brewing, a mile or less to all of historic downtown. Easy trip by foot, bike or golf cart. Bikes and kayaks available for use. Close to tennis/b-ball courts. Unwind on one of the porches, in one of the 2 living spaces, spacious eat-in kitchen, or well appointed bedrooms. Dogs allowed for additional fee.
The space
Two living rooms - both with large TVs and Roku (YouTubeTV, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc). Lots of books and games. Kitchen is well appointed with spices, and cookware. Kayaks and cruiser bikes available at the house. Very close to wildlife ramp and Fisherman's Park to launch either a big boat or a small one. Ample off street parking for a boat trailer - including covered parking with access to house for rainy days.

You will have access to everything in the home with the exception of the owner's locked closet in the hall and loft over laundry room.
