The House:
Vaulted living room ceiling with custom wood and west-facing windows looking out to the valley and Selkirk Mountains. Large kitchen with granite counters & eat-in kitchen island, custom built-ins, gas stove. Laundry room. Covered back patio with hot tub. Dead-end road, very private, quiet, and peaceful. Watch for Deer daily, wild Turkeys, Bald Eagles, and an occasional Bobcat, Cougar, Moose, or Bear - all of which have been seen in the neighborhood!
FIRE PIT: BYO wood or purchase at local stores. (Fire Pit is unavailable during Forest Fire Restrictions, which varies depending on weather.)
WINTER GUESTS: Snow shovels provided; you'll need to keep sidewalk clear of snow (approx. 20' of sidewalk). It's part of Winter in North Idaho. If you're unable to shovel a little snow, then please don't book our property during Winter months as we are unable to shovel the sidewalk for you during your stay. Thank you.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private use of the entire house, which 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, back patio, and front and back yards.
Guests will also have shared access to the Fire Pit, which is shared with guests of our other VRBO unit on the property. BYO wood or purchase at local stores.
Parking for 2-3 vehicles. 3 vehicles maximum allowed, including your visitors.
Other things to note:
Recommend you bring SLIPPERS ! Always cozy in Northern Idaho, and helpful for keeping floors clean.
We have a Snowplow contracted to clear the driveway after 4" of snow. Snowplow cannot clear sidewalk or your parking space if you are parked, so you will need to shovel around your vehicle or move it when Snowplow comes.
