-No pets.
-No alcohol.
-No illegal drugs (including cannabis).
-No parties (this house sleeps 8 people, any additional members must be added).
-Smoking is allowed if you stay more than 30 feet away from the building.
-Keep noise to a considerable level and no noise after 10:00 pm or before 7:00 am.
-No vehicles entering or exiting after 10:00 pm or before 6:00 am.
-These guidelines are only set to help you have a wonderful experience both now and in the future, please beware that excessive abuse to these guidelines could result in an additional charge of $100 or more.
Also Note:
-If you book this house for a winter stay, we highly recommend 4WD or AWD as the driveway is fairly steep and you may not be able to enter or exit without 4WD or AWD.
-For safety reasons, we have security cameras watching the front door and the driveway.
-There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room that we highly encourage anyone to use, however, you 'must' have experience with indoor fires, if the proper precautions are not met it could result in a house fire.
