Located in the charming neighborhood of Oakley, we are just minutes up the mountain from Biltmore Village and within 10 minutes from down town Asheville. Centrally located, just off of the I-40 exit, we are within minutes of Biltmore Village and the Beautiful, Biltmore Estate, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. We are minutes in any direction from all that Asheville has to offer. Highland, Catawba, Hillman, and Sweeten Creek Breweries are all within 7 minutes from our home. Uber and Lyft are easily summoned in the area. Your accommodations include a private bedroom with queen size bed, and a private bathroom with a claw foot tub. They are located on the main floor or our home, and allow you full access to share our common space, so if you like total privacy, this might not be your vibe. But if you enjoy interacting with laid back hosts who love to share their home with guests, and you enjoy sharing a glass of wine, bourbon, or one of the plentiful craft beers in the area, this is your place. The room includes a coffee/tea/wine bar, and your own t.v., if you prefer more privacy. Common areas on the first floor include our kitchen and living room. Although we don't allow guests to cook in our kitchen, we will gladly provide some refrigerator space, if needed, on request, and we offer our dining area for eating meals that you may choose to order in or bring back. The back deck and cozy front porch are also available to our guests.
