Positive: Clean, cozy, convenient.

Negative: Directions were slightly confusing. Address did bring us to the front, in spite of notes saying it would bring us to the back, and descriptions intended to tell the difference ("if you see a gate") applied to both front and back. Maybe "back" should describe the garage doors and "front" should describe the deck and fire pit.
