Designed by Courtney Warren, our home is nestled on a spacious 1.75-acre lot adorned with mature trees. Enjoy the outdoors with our inviting fire pit and BBQ area, ideal for cozy gatherings and evenings under the stars.

6. **SMOKING**
To maintain a fresh and smoke-free environment, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Violators will be fined $750.

For your safety, we have security cameras recording 24/7 outside the property. Your privacy is important to us.
9. **Wildlife and Pest Control**
Our monthly pest control ensures a bug-free environment, but you may encounter occasional outdoor insects like spiders or ladybugs. Rest assured, we work hard to keep the house clean.
10. **ADDITIONAL BEDROOM**
Planning for a larger group? We offer an additional bedroom for parties of 8 or more. Just let us know in advance, and we'll provide access codes for your convenience.
