OVERVIEW
To accentuate the fabulous views of the ocean from this 1900 square foot million dollar plus home, the pet friendly home features a “reverse” floor plan with 3 of the 4 bedrooms being on the lower level. The upper level features the living area, kitchen, and one of the two master bedroom suites. Each level features a large and recently renovated deck! Everyone gets the outdoor experience they want with both covered and open decks. The sun worshippers can catch some rays on the top, open deck, and the sun-avoiders can read, take advantage of the WiFi or enjoy the views from the covered bottom deck. The upper deck has a hot tub and, lots of outdoor furniture.
UPPER LEVEL DECK
Nothing says vacation like lounging in the hot tub on the upper level deck, enjoying the soothing jets while listening to the crash of the waves yards away. Star gazing at night is amazing. Full moon weeks are truly life changing. The upper level deck does not have access to the beach, so you can let the little ones and pets outside without worries.
UPPER LEVEL OF HOME; LIVING AREA
Real and recently refinished hardwood floors, tall cathedral ceilings, and recessed lighting punctuate a cheerful living room. A brand new (2024) living suite featuring a sleeper sofa, matching love seat, and two separate chairs offer plenty of room for the whole family to hang out together, either discussing the day's events or watching a movie or TV show together on the large flatscreen TV. A dining table that seats 8 offers a lovely window view of the beach and sits adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen.
